(ORAL) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from Mr. Dikansh Goyal, Legal Officer, Haryana Staff Selection Commission submits that impugned advertisement is in the process of being withdrawn and fresh advertisement shall be issued in due course.

Needless to say, that petitioner is at liberty to apply pursuant to the fresh advertisement, in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous and petition is disposed of accordingly.
