       Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 was married to one Lovepreet Kaur, on 12.05.2018 and no child was born out of the said wedlock, whereas petitioner No.2 was married to one Narinder Kumar, but she was maltreated by her husband and she was later on thrown out of her matrimonial home, and that both the petitioners intend to marry each other after taking divorce from their respective spouse.

This Court finds that neither said Lovepreet Kaur nor said Narinder Kumar has been impleaded as a party respondent in the present petition.

CRWP-37-2022 /2/ Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particular.
