As per report, alleged detenue-Sandeep Singh was sitting on the bench of police station, meant for visitors. On enquiry, he found that neither there was any complaint nor any FIR registered against Sandeep Singh. Sandeep Singh apprised the Warrant Officer that he had been asked to come to police station by ASI Avtar Singh, who was on leave since 05.10.2019.
