(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 09.08.2022 passed by the Ld. Rent Controller-cumExecuting Court whereby warrants of possession were issued against the petitioner besides assailing the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by the Appellate Authority whereby the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of interim protection was deferred.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the paper-book.

As per learned counsel representing both the parties, an amount of Rs.1,65,187/- is payable by the petitioner towards arrears, out of which a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- through cheque No.00012 dated 02.08.2023 drawn on UCO Bank has been handed over in Court today by learned counsel for petitioner to the learned counsel representing respondents with an understanding that the balance amount shall be deposited by petitioner before the First Appellate Court on the date fixed i.e. 22.08.2023.

Both the learned counsel are ad idem that they would be satisfied if a direction is issued to learned First Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal along with other miscellaneous application pending before it in Rent Appeal No.49 of 2022 titled as "Sanjay Arora Vs. Rajinder Pal", within one month from the date already fixed. 5.
In view of the above, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Appellate Court to dispose of the abovementioned appeal within a period of one month from the date already fixed. However, dispossession of petitioner shall remain stayed till the decision on the application for stay filed along with the First Appeal. 6.
Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
