Instant petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101, dated 06.07.2024, under Sections 22 and 25 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court and applies for regular bail, the competent Court would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
