Present petition has been filed under Section 528of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 60, dated 22.04.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 34, 341, 365 of IPC, registered at P.S. Machhroli, District Jhajjar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise-deed dated 03.03.2025, arrived at between the parties. 2.

On 10.09.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "1.

There are total 05 accused in the present case and present petition has been filed by only two accused namely Kuldeep and Deepak Rohila.

Since partial compromise quashing petition is not maintainable, in view of the judgment of this Court in Rakesh Das Vs. State of Haryana, 2024(4) Law Herald 3141, Law Finder Doc Id #2663704, counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to read the said judgment and then to assist the Court.
