***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.54 dated 13.08.2009, registered under Section 324, 323 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sehna, District Barnala. Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Barnala on 29.11.2019 and the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
