By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 16.08.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.3, and appellate order dated 27.01.2023, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.2, whereby petitioner has been fastened with a liability of deficient stamp duty of Rs.85,076/-, along with interest @ 12% per annum, from the date of registration of Sale Deed.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with some additional documents.
