(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Karnail Singh - in case FIR No.100 dated 06.08.2019 registered under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bareta.

On instructions from S.I. Gurpal Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Karnail Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 09.10.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
