(ORAL) Through this Regular Second Appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 22.07.2015 of the Ist Appellate Court, Hoshiarpur, reversing the judgment and decree dated 13.06.2008 of the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to cite any case law, contrary to the view taken by a Full Bench of this Court in Ram Kishan and others Vs. Sheo Ram and others, AIR 2008 (P&H) 77, which has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Singh Ram (dead) through LRs Vs. Sheo Ram and others, AIR 2014 SC 3447. In view of the above, the instant Regular Second Appeal, having no merits is dismissed.
