The petitioner challenges the correctness of the transfer order to the office of Panchayat Samiti, Hoshiarpur. In the written statement, the respondents have disclosed that there is a requirement of the officials in that block. Hence, the petitioner has been transferred to the said district. It has also been stated that the petitioner has managed to stay at Panchayat Samiti, Maur, for a period of more than ten years out of his total service of 21 years. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to issue the writ. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge March 13, 2023 "DK"
