HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Mr.Munish Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.
Petitioner has filed this third petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.231 dated 27.09.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulations Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that first petition for anticipatory bail had already been dismissed on merits and second petition had been withdrawn by the petitioner. No changed circumstance has been shown for grant of anticipatory bail. It is simply stated that petitioner is ready to compromise the matter with the VINEET GULATI 2019.10.14 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh complainant.
CRM No.M-43571 of 2019 -2Mere fact that petitioner is ready to compromise the matter with the complainant, is no ground to grant benefit of anticipatory bail. This fact cannot be held as changed circumstance for granting anticipatory bail, especially when, the earlier petition had already been dismissed by this Court by stating that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. As, no changed circumstance has been shown for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore, present petition stands dismissed.
