SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Vide order dated 18.03.2013, directions were issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala as follows:- "For that reason, this Court having realised that petitioner No.2 might not be put in a trouble, feels that Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, be directed to inquire into the character and antecedents of petitioner no. 1, and thereafter take appropriate action in accordance with law and submit his report to this court within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order........" Learned State counsel submits that petitioners are major and happily married. There were two cases registered against petitioner No. 1 but the same has nothing to do with his matrimonial life. In view of submissions of learned State counsel, no further orders are required in this petition.
