(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Gurjit Singh in case FIR No.42 dated 19.07.2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 382, 506 IPC (Sections 326/382 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sehna, District Barnala.

On instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Gurjit Singh has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 16.10.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
