Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be considered for appointment as per his skill certificate in place of the candidates, who though had submitted the said certificate, but the same were found to be fake, with regard to which a representation dated 21.08.2024, Annexure P-10, has been submitted, however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anil Chawla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-UOI and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation 21.08.2024, Annexure P-10, within a period of 1 month, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
