Plaintiff is in second appeal against the concurrent judgments passed by both the Courts below whereby his suit for declaration that he was owner to the extent of 1/48th share in the suit property detailed in the head note of the plaint and for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering in any manner in his possession was partly decreed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)Kalka vide judgment and decree dated 5.8.2013 and the findings affirmed by learned Additional District Judge, Panchkula vide judgment and decree dated 19.1.2015.
