DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to investigate FIR No.0527 dated 1.9.2022, under Section 307, 34, 452 IPC and Section 25, 54, 59 Arms Act, Police Station Mujesar, District Faridabad from some independent agency or some higher police official. On 3.2.2023, learned State counsel filed the status report to the effect that the grievance of the petitioner has been dealt with and investigation of the present case has been handed over to Incharge, Crime Branch, Sector 17, Faridabad and learned counsel for the petitioner sought short accommodation to verify the same.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and now nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition.
