This is regular second appeal against the concurrent judgments of the Courts below whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff challenging the legality and validity of the order dated 31.05.2005, whereby he was awarded punishment of reversion from the post of Senior Assistant to the post of Junior Assistant, reducing pay to lower time scale; his seniority was fixed below all the junior assistants serving in the office and debarred from promotion for a period of five years and pay and allowances during the suspension period were also restricted to what he had already received during that period, was dismissed.

RSA-2464-2014 -2plaintiff was supplied the list of witnesses/documents and opportunity to defend himself. This argument that he was not supplied the enquiry report, was also discarded. The first appellate Court has observed that there is nothing on record to show that any illegality was committing during enquiry or at the time of passing of the impugned order. 4.

Despite arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellant has failed to point out any illegality or infirmity in the judgments of the Courts below calling for any interference.

No question of law what to talk of substantial question of law requiring determination arises in this appeal, which has no merits. 6.

Dismissed.
