Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinderjit Singh, who is present in Court to assist him, submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated October 30, 2019, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required presently. That being so, this petition is allowed, with the order dated October 30, 2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
