NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the complete retiral benefits i.e. Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, etc., to the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum on delayed payment. Further a writ of certiorari has been sought for quashing the impugned order dated 24.02.2022 (Annexure P-5), vide which the complete benefit of leave encashment has been cancelled. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by attaching all the necessary documents.
