NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents to conduct further investigation/reinvestigation in case FIR No.24 dated 16.01.2014 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Suraj Kund, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

On receipt of advance copy, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Kumar, submits that instant petition has become infructious as cancellation report in the abovesaid case has already been submitted before the trial Court on 02.09.2022 and the petitioner, if so aggrieved against the cancellation report, can file a protest petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the factual position as stated above.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
