**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0056, dated 12.09.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406 of IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 17th December, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Further submits that subsequently the matter also stands amicably settled between the parties.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tasveer Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 17th December, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
