At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in the present petition is to order dated 12.06.2024 (Annexure P-3) whereby the prayer for ad interim injunction has been declined by the trial Court. She submits that the said order is appealable and thus, prays for withdrawal of the present revision petition with liberty to avail her remedy in accordance with law.
