Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the present case, FIR was registered on 21.03.2025 i.e. approximately 05 months back and the accused had given beating to Anirudh Singh and Akshit Sharma, son of the petitioner but till date, none of the accused involved in this case is arrested. Even the bail application of the accused-Sourav Saini has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2025. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner moved a representation to respondent No.2 on 16.07.2025 i.e. 15 days back, but no action has been taken by the police.

Learned counsel fairly admitted that neither arrest has been made in this case nor any action regarding non-bailable warrants from the concerned Court or to declare them proclaimed offender has been initiated.
