The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.70 dated 04.05.2025, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdas, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that a false and baseless case has been registered against the petitioner. No offence is made out against the petitioner. He is in custody since 31.05.2025. The trial is likely to take considerable time to conclude. Hence, prayer has been made for grant of bail to the petitioner.
