(ORAL) The present regular second appeal has been preferred by the appellants/defendants No.1 to 3 against the judgment and decree dated 19.03.2012 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Zira, decreeing the suit for possession by way of specific performance of agreement of sale dated 18.11.2003, as well as, the judgment and decree dated 22.03.2014 passed by the Additional District-III, Ferozepur, whereby the appeal filed by the appellants/defendants No.1 to 3 has been dismissed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondentdecree holder has already relinquished all his rights over the suit land. As a result, even the execution proceedings were dismissed as withdrawn.
