(Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record a communication issued by the Assistant Director Rural Development Panchayat regarding disbursement of the amount of pension arrears, however, it is submitted that the increments of 16, 24 years, is pending approval with the Finance Department and needful will be done within a period of 02 months from today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition, if so advised.
