This is first petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.208 dated 13.09.2021 registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 326, 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Baghapurana District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the case for some time, seeks to withdraw the present petition and states that the petitioner is ready to surrender within a period of ten days from today. However, he further prays that in case, the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular bail then the said application for regular bail be considered by the trial Court as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of five days from the date of filing the application. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
