AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the present appeal. He also submits that the court fees may be permitted to be withdrawn as he could not comply with the order dated 02.05.2016, whereby, 25% of the amount has to be deposited. In view of the aforementioned statement, the present appeal is ordered to be dismissed as withdraw with liberty to seek refund of the court fees.
