The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.283 dated 01.07.2020 registered under Sections 177, 409, 420 IPC at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala, having been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial along with the main accused. 2.

By an order dated 03.01.2022, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join the proceedings before the trial Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that petitioner has joined the proceedings before the trial court and has been released on interim bail. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined the proceedings before the trial court, the instant petition is allowed and order dated 03.01.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
