In view of the report dated 22.08.2025 received from the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, the application u/s 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short SARFAESI Act) pending before the CJM Ludhiana has been decided on 21.08.2025.

In view of above, present petition filed by the Financial Institution aggrieved by the inaction of the CJM Ludhiana to decide the above-said application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
