(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Upinder Kumar @ Pinder, in case FIR No. 0151 dated 01.10.2019 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 28.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to deposit of `5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) with Illaqa Magistrate within two weeks from today, who shall convert the same into STDR, in some nationalized bank fetching RISHU KATARIA 2020.02.26 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
