 The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.133 dated 30.06.2024 under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala.

Petitioner No.2-Harpreet Kaur was directed to join the investigation, as per the orders dated 18.09.2024, 12.11.2024, 17.01.2025 and 13.02.2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State confirms that petitioner No.2-Harpreet Kaur has joined investigation and also contends that her further custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

In view of the reasons recorded in the order dated 18.09.2024 and subsequent order dated 13.02.2025 and keeping in view Priyanka Thakur 2025.05.23 09:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

the fact that the petitioner No.2-Harpreet Kaur has joined investigation, her further custodial interrogation is not required by the Investigating Agency, the present petition on behalf of petitioner No.2 is allowed and the order dated 18.09.2024 granting interim bail to petitioner No.2 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
