This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside impugned order dated 12.07.2019 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kapurthala, vide which the application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to file suit as a pauper has been dismissed.
