Present Revision Petition has been filed by the petitionertenant impugning the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Amritsar, whereby the application filed by the respondent-landlord for grant of mesne profits, has been allowed and mesne profits have been assessed at Rs.20,000/- per month. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the respondent has sold the demised premises to the petitioner. It is accordingly prayed that the present appeal may be disposed of as infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
