After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned, and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within 15 days from today and thereupon, if he makes an application before the latter for grant of bail, the latter shall decide the same most expeditiously, but, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the opposite party. 20/ 14 () )
