(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 4, to decide the representations dated 21.07.2023 and 25.08.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively) made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 4Superintendent of Police, Phagwara to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 21.07.2023 and 25.08.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Sanish Girdhar, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that he has no objection in case the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, is accepted.
