Amit Rawal, J (Oral) Prayer in the writ petition is to promote him to the post of Assistant against 5 vacant posts of promotional quota from the date of elibility i.e. 01.08.2019 with all consequential benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, to consider the representation dated 17.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Vice Chancellor, AVIN KUMAR 2019.10.18 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.29683 of 2019 [2] Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, to consider the representation dated 17.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
