The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 244 dated 21.06.2022 under Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC (Section 201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that there are two accused in this case. However, the present petition has been filed only by one of the accused and thus, it is partial compromise which cannot be entertained in view of the law settled by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in "Rakesh Das vs. State of Haryana and another" in CRM-M-48043 of 2023 (O&M), decided on 12.11.2024.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the trial Court, in accordance with the law.
