**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Family Court at Panchkula after recording statements of the parties at second motion stage has granted divorce in terms of Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act and dissolved the marriage by a decree of divorce on the ground of mutual consent vide judgment and decree dated 28.07.2023. Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record a certified copy of the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 28.07.2023 along with the copy of statements of the parties. The same is taken on record.
