(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing condition No. 11 of the tender notice dated 30.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) and the result of the tender proceedings. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, at this stage, on instructions from Mr. Shripal Bansal, Assistant Education Officer (Sport), Kurukshetra, has placed before this Court a decision of the respondent-authorities to cancel the tender proceedings altogether which is marked as 'X'.

As the tender proceedings have been cancelled, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition which is accordingly disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to take up the other remedies, if any, available to it.
