MADAAN Present:- Mr. Harish Goyal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** The challenge in this revision petition is to the order dated 11.9.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sunam vide which in a suit for declaration and permanent injunction filed by plaintiff Gurcharan Singh against defendants Jagdev Singh and others, the trial Court has directed the plaintiff to pay advalorem Court fee. In the said civil suit the plaintiff has challenged sale deed dated 24.2.1997 being result of fraud and misrepresentation. However, since plaintiff himself was a party to the sale deed which he is condemning now he is bound to pay the ad-valorem Court fee and the trial Court was fully justified in asking him to do so. The order passed is well reasoned and does not suffer from any illegality and infirmity which might have called for interference by this Court by exercising the revisional jurisdiction.
