This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to correct revenue record pertaining to land comprised in khasra No.18//22 situated in Village Gaunsgarh in view of the judgment passed by Civil Courts dated 12.05.1987, 16.05.1991 and 13.05.2018 (Annexures P-1 to P-3) as per the representation dated 24.04.2023 moved by the petitioners to respondent No.2 (Annexure P-7). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
