The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.003, dated 12.01.2022, registered under Sections 304-A 279 and 427 IPC at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana Rural, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 27.01.2022 (Annexure P2).

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the untrace report was submitted on 20.02.2022, however, the same was not accepted and matter was sent for further investigation, which is still underway. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy, as may be, available to him in accordance with law. 4.
