(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of FIR No.142 dated 05.05.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 379, 120-B IPC and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
