ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) As per the order dated 28.09.2021, the case was remanded back to the Estate Officer, HSVPN, Sonepat to consider the claim of the petitioner for refund.

The compliance affidavit of the Estate Officer has been filed and as per the affidavit, the amount has been refunded. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
