Memo of appearance filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file vakalatnama in the Registry within one week from today.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
