Learned counsel for the State has filed status report by way of an affidavit dated 16.11.2023 of Kamaljit Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, West Amritsar City (additional charge). The same is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the charges stand framed in the present case. Learned counsel has also pointed out that vide order dated 01.09.2023 the State was directed to ensure the safety and security of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 9. Learned counsel further submits that there is a cross-version being DDR No.27 dated 26.12.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 149 of IPC recorded at AMAN JAIN 2023.11.17 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CRWP-10604-2022 (O&M) -2Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar against the petitioners and the petitioners have neither joined investigation nor surrendered. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
