Application is allowed and settlement agreement (Annexure P14) and order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-15) are taken on record. Main Case 1.
The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) is for quashing the summoning order dated 03.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed in Complaint No.CANCR-129-2019 and for quashing of the FIR No.150 of 2018 dated 21.03.2018 registered under Section 120B, 406, 420, 506 IPC at Police Station Gohana City along with all the subsequent proceedings arising ANIL KUMAR 2025.05.21 13:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

As per last order, the case was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the possibility of compromise between the parties. Now parties have settled their differences in terms of settlement agreement and order dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-14 & P-15 respectively).
