CWP No.30576 of 2019 Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned notice/information dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-2), whereby, the petitioners have been directed to vacate their houses on the ground that there is an illegal encroachment. The petitioners also moved representation dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) but the same is still pending and no order has been passed.

long. He further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to decide the pending representation (Annexure P-3). Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider representation dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) and pass necessary orders in accordance with law by considering the documents, which have been placed on record as Annexure P-4, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the presence of the petitioners is required, they be given opportunity of hearing and no coercive method be adopted till any action is taken on the pending representation. In case, the petitioners want to give any fresh detailed representation, the same be given within a period of three days from today.
